Paul Winstanley - Technical Director

Paul is a Chartered Engineer with more than 20 years experience in the building and engineering industry. He has successfully delivered a range of projects for some of the largest UK multi-national companies, in fields such as Facilities Management, electrical/mechanical and controls, energy and environmental engineering, tri-generation and Combined Heat and Power units.

With an innovative and practical approach with a focus on cost effective solutions, he ensures quality of service is maintained throughout the project and implements value-adding strategies to meet or exceed our client requirements.

Paul is a registered Carbon Trust Energy advisor, an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) accredited Energy Engineer, a Low Carbon Consultants and CIBSE Building Energy Assessor and is a member of the Society of Operations Engineers, the Institute of Plant Engineers, the Energy Institute, the British Institute of Facilities Managers and the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE).

Specialising: in chartered energy engineer, combined heat and power, renewable energy, wind farm studies, energy performance certificates, mechanical and electrical building services design, witness commissioning of building services and project management. Services include advice on energy efficiency and Commercial Energy Performance Certification.
